Colin currently resides in Olde Town Issaquah with his wife and his two children. He loves the strong sense of community Olde Town offers while still being close to both the big city and the mountains. Colin grew up in Redmond, Washington and spent much of his youth playing baseball, soccer, skiing and visiting his father's construction sites. At age 13, he began working for his father - building luxury residential homes all over the Eastside. Since then, Colin has worked as a residential framer, a carpenter and general contractor. After studying business management in college, Colin decided to combine his construction experience with his love for competition, savant-like math skills and passion for real estate and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
In order to elevate his understanding of contract law, set him apart from other Brokers and better serve his clients, Colin earned his Managing Broker’s License. Colin’s work history in construction, 10+ years of real estate experience, unparalleled negotiation skills, and relentless tenacity distinguish him from other Brokers. Colin truly goes above and beyond for every client.
Interests and Hobbies
His 5:30AM crossfit crew, playing softball on his family's softball team, soccer in Seattle, using Travel Agent License to research and plan his next family vacation, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
