Karl is currently living on Lake Sammamish with his wife Celia where they raised their four children. Local roots, he learned the value of serving his clients at Nordstrom where he worked from High School through College in a career as a shoe buyer. After spending 20 years in the shoe industry, lastly Cole Haan and Nike, Karl decided to pursue his passion in residential real estate at Windermere. Fortunate to be surrounded by an industry leading brand and team, he is focused on understanding our clients needs and goals and ensuring those goals are met or exceeded.
